While most people are enjoying an indulgent New Year, millions of arthritis sufferers are left in agony.
That is why a leading arthritis charity has come up with some worthy advice to help people cope with their condition this winter: Layer your clothing to conserve heat and peel off the top layer if you go into a warm room.
